The main goal of the Foundation is to promote the development of an economically independent, technologically advanced Ukraine by supporting strategic scientific research, attracting investments in critical sectors of the economy and forming a new generation of national leaders.
The main objectives of the Foundation:
1. Development of intellectual capital and scientific research
- Stimulation of research: Support for scientific work in the field of geology, economics and high technologies, in particular in studying the potential of rare earth resources of Ukraine.
- Creation of scientific collaborations: Formation of platforms for interaction between academic institutes (in particular, KUAIT), state structures and the private sector.
- Grant support: Implementation of funding programs for young scientists whose developments are aimed at ensuring the technological sovereignty of the state.
2. Formation of investment attractiveness of strategic industries
- Development of investment models: Creation of transparent mechanisms for attracting foreign capital in the extraction and processing of critical raw materials necessary for aircraft construction and the defense complex.
- Expert and advisory activities: Providing analytical support to investors and state bodies on the risks and prospects of innovative projects.
- International compliance: Implementation of global standards of transparency and anti-corruption monitoring in the management of strategic resources (in partnership with Transparency International).
3. International youth and scientific cooperation
- Integration into global chains: Promoting the participation of Ukrainian youth in international programs for the exchange of experience in the field of sustainable development and “green” mining technologies.
- Educational diplomacy: Presentation of the scientific and investment potential of Ukraine at international forums, conferences and high-tech exhibitions.
- Support for Ukrainians Abroad: Development of educational initiatives for young people who are forced to stay outside the country, to involve them in future reconstruction processes.
4. Social Resilience and Humanitarian Development
- Dual-purpose projects: Directing technological innovations to the needs of civil protection and the restoration of critical infrastructure.
- Support for veteran leadership: Helping combatants obtain modern education and professional realization in high-tech sectors of the economy.
- Targeted assistance: Continuation of support programs for the most vulnerable categories of citizens and providing the front with the necessary means.
5. Development of innovative infrastructure
- Promoting digitalization: Implementation of modern IT solutions (Blockchain, AI) for resource accounting and management of investment projects.
- Environmental responsibility: Promoting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in industrial and construction projects implemented with the support of the Fund.
